I have to admit I am somewhat surprised by your comment about the smoking rooms as there are no smoking rooms in our hotel at all and all the rooms are also recently fully refurbished.

Therefore I cannot imagine where the trace of smoking could come from. Please note that we indeed do have strict non-smoking policy which is daily followed thourgh all the hotel.

I am sorry for there must have been a misunderstanding with the bedding type you wished for as we normally have antiallergic bedding and provide it to our guests when requested.

Please accept my apologies for this. Also the cleanliness of our hotel is normally very much appreciated by our guests and we do strongly focus on this.

I will review your comment with the Hosuekeeping Manager and for sure we will investigate this case further. Thank you again and I will be happy to be personally at your service should you like to give a chance to prove you a very high level of our services in future.
